:: Consolidate/Connect ::

Consolidation or Connecting is “the care and attention that we should give to every new believer in order to reproduce in him the character of Christ with the aim that he fulfills the purpose of God for his life which is to bear fruit that endures.” fellowshipThe consolidation process was a practice of the early church-And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. (Acts 2:42). We unite people in cells with pastors who will walk them through their own “Encounter” with God. The “Encounter” process involves a “Pre-Encounter,” the “Encounter,” and the “Post-Encounter” which is the beginning of the “School of Leaders.”

We acknowledge connecting with people takes time. But it is time well spent when it is to help a new Christian to grow in Christ. By having healthy fellowship with spiritually mature Christians, new believers have a greater success at walking in victory.
Nations

By Consolidating and Connecting new members of Victory Life Center, potential barriers such as cultural, socioeconomic, or race have no power over our congregation. Individuals will feel welcomed instead of feeling like they 'stand out'. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. Galatians 3:28. If you visit Victory Life Center you will see we are a church that reflects the Kent/Auburn Valley which is made up of indviduals from all walks of life and races.
